Is My Donation Tax-Deductible?
Under Austrian tax law, we can apply for tax-deductible donation status after twelve months. Subject to approval by the Austrian tax authorities, we aim for donations to be tax-deductible from 2028.
Once this status is in place, we will also introduce an online donation option on our website.
Different rules apply to donors outside Austria. Please contact your local tax authority to find out whether your donation is tax-deductible.

Why Was a New Balasai Charitable Organisation Established in India?
Balasai Global Care was founded in Europe in March 2025 to collect donations transparently and securely and transfer them lawfully to the newly established Balasai Baba Trust in Kurnool, India, also founded in March 2025. Our goal is to maintain fully transparent accounts so that every donation can be traced and reaches people in need directly.
To operate independently in the long term, the Balasai Baba Trust is working towards full registration under India’s Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), which it can apply for after three years of operation. Until then, donations are transferred under official prior permission for specific projects through an authorised FCRA bank.
This arrangement ensures that donations reach India lawfully and are used for our charitable projects.
