The association supports charitable projects in India. Its activities are devoted exclusively to collecting and forwarding donations to the officially registered charitable organisation Balasai Baba Trust in India for projects in the following areas:

• Basic medical care and eye surgery

• Meal programmes for people in need

• Educational support and the expansion of village schools

• Support for people with disabilities

• Assistance for widows and orphans

• Support for women

• Water supply and purification

• Assistance with funerals for people without financial means

• Removal of waste from forests and rivers
